All orders are processed and shipped via ELTA Courier within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your package has been handed over to ELTA Courier, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days to most locations within Greece. As soon as your order is with ELTA, you'll receive a tracking number along with a link to track your shipment.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns due to incorrect color or model selection are the buyer’s responsibility, including return shipping costs. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Cash on Delivery.

Our phone cases are crafted from a unique blend of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane), a flexible, shock-absorbing material that provides excellent grip. To enhance their distinct appearance and texture, we infuse the TPU with wheat flour, creating a one-of-a-kind look and feel for every case. This unique blend may have slight imperfections due to the complex manufacturing process. This also includes the molding & cutting process. These imperfections are characteristics of the material and are purely aesthetic. They do not affect the functionality or performance of the case.
